Miss Liddon and Davidson to exchange wedding vows August 8 at Redeemer Church
Mr. and Mrs. William Clark Liddon of Ridgeland enlighten the engagement of their daughter, Emily Marie Liddon, to Samuel Walker Davidson of Jackson, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Stacy Davidson.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Joseph Alias of Yazoo City, and the late Mr. and Mrs. James Flint Liddon Jr. of Yazoo City. The prospective bridegroom is the grandson of June East Lofton and the late Charles Edward Lofton of Brookhaven, and Fay Spruill Davidson and the late Dr. Littleton Stacy Davidson Jr. of Cleveland.
Miss Liddon is a 2012 graduate of Manchester Academy. She attended Mississippi State University and is a 2018 graduate of the School of Health Related Professions at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, earning a master of occupational therapy. She is currently practicing as an occupational therapist at the University of Mississippi Medical Center.
Davidson is a 2010 graduate of Jackson Preparatory School and a 2014 graduate of the the University of Mississippi, earning a bachelor’s degree in history with minors in chemistry and business administration. He was graduated from the School of Medicine at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2018 with a doctorate of medicine. He is currently completing a medical residency in internal medicine and pediatrics at the University of Mississippi of Medical Center.
The couple will exchange vows August 8 at Redeemer Church in Jackson followed by a reception at Reunion Country Club in Madison.
